Erfassung, Erforschung, Interpretation und Erhaltung der industriellen Anlage f\u00fchrt auch zur Besch\u00e4ftigung mit dem kulturellen und historischen Kontext. Ziel der Analyse ist einerseits die Dokumentation und andererseits der Erhalt industriellen Kulturgutes.<br \/>\nEin wichtiger Aspekt der Arbeit sind Aufnahme und Beschreibung der Remise, Vergleiche mit anderen, sowie die Entwicklung eines Nutzungskonzeptes, das durch die Vor-Ort-Analyse unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der historischen Entwicklung der Stadt zustande kommt.<br \/>\nDas Objekt soll von einem halbverfallenen Industriebau zu einem Landmark werden.
