Die Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit dem 1947 gebauten Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4ude einer gro\u00dfen Textilfabrik in der Stadt Medell\u00edn.
\nDas Fabricato Geb\u00e4ude wurde ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die Transformation der Stadt, ein Symbol der modernen Architektur und die Ruptur des Kolonialstils. In einem Sektor von gro\u00dfer kommerzieller und fu\u00dfl\u00e4ufiger Vitalit\u00e4t gelegen, wird das Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4ude 1991 zum kulturellen Erbe erkl\u00e4rt.
\nZiel dieser Arbeit ist, durch die Bestandsaufnahme und Bauanalyse, ein neues Nutzungskonzepts zu bilden und wieder die Begeisterung und die Neugier der Einwohner zu bewirken, und somit das Bauwerk in die aktuellen gesellschaftlichen, st\u00e4dtebaulichen und architektonischen Interventionspl\u00e4ne einzubinden.<\/p>\n
